Playing experience

He has been an assistant coach for the Foothill women’s soccer program and he currently coaches the boys JV team at Saratoga High School. Coaching philosophy My philosophy for the U8/U9 age groups is to nurture the young footballer and get them passionate about the great sport. I focus on building confidence and comfort on the ball which will increase the desire to play the game. Three most important skills to master by age 10 1. Dribbling (confident on/with the ball) Player expectations for evaluations I look for players with good attitudes, an eagerness about them, an ablity to focus and pay attention, and a desire to learn and play soccer. |
