Keith spent two seasons at CSM San Bernardino before transferring to Humboldt State. A midfielder for two seasons at Humbolt State, Keith collected second-team All-CCAA and second-team All-West Region honors as a senior captain. Following his collegiate career, Keith spent one season as a member of the Lancaster Rattlers of the Premier Development League.
Keith has a master’s in public administration and holds a NSCAA Premier diploma and a NCSAA goalkeeping level II license. Keith brings with him a great deal of coaching experience at both the collegiate and youth levels. He has been the Menlo College women’s soccer head coach since 2013. Previously, he was the first assistant coach at CSU East Bay and an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s teams at his alma mater, Humboldt State. He has also coached competitive youth teams for Tri Valley Soccer Club and Alpine Strikers.
Goals for middle school and high school aged teams
The technical director designs programs for the age group coaches with the intent to improve the skills of the club’s players and teams. Other responsibilities include organizing and supervising coach and team evaluations; tryouts and team placements; training and game day analysis; coach training and development; seasonal planning; and player recruiting.
