Jeff believes the game of soccer is the ultimate team game where team chemistry and a tireless work ethic push players to being at their best when their best is needed. He coaches a possession style attack that builds from the back and gives players the freedom to express themselves creatively on the field while continuously analyzing and solving difficult situations based on roles played out on the field. He says that "we will be organized, we will be technically disciplined, and we will play for our teammate next to us with unity and purpose".
