Corey Edden

   

Playing experience

Corey played competitive youth soccer in Fresno and in Las Vegas where his team won State Cup two times. He was also part of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and NorCal State Select. Edden played at Fresno City College and was ranked fourth in all-league honors before he transferred to San Jose State University. 

Coaching experience

Corey has been coaching since 2003 in various competitive youth soccer clubs in the Bay Area. Edden is also the assistant coach for the Foothill College men's soccer team. In 2014, he was the assistant coach at Serra High School when they won the CCS Championship. Edden holds a USSF D license and is a NSCAA Associate Staff Instructor.  

Coaching philosophy
 
His philosophy is to motivate and develop a solid technical, physical and psychological foundation for the individual player. He believes in having a fun, structured training environment that allows players to maximize their potential. The game should be fun, competitive and rewarding for all players.
